Where we deliver: We currently deliver to India. Please enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability. We are working to serve more locations soon.
Delivery timelines:
- Live microgreens and salads: delivered within [same day / 24 hours / next day] of harvest or on selected delivery days.
- DIY Kits and seeds: dispatched within [1–2] working days and delivered within [3–7] working days, depending on location.
- Custom orders: please place them at least [48 hours] in advance. We will confirm the delivery date with you.
Delivery charges: Free delivery based on offers. Otherwise, a flat charge of ₹80 charges shown at checkout based on location.
Order processing: Orders placed before time are processed the same day, and orders placed after that are processed the next working day. Orders are not processed on [Sundays / public holidays].
Packaging: Fresh products are packed to keep them fresh and in good condition during delivery. Please refrigerate microgreens and salads as soon as you receive them.
Delivery attempts: Please make sure someone is available to receive the order. If we cannot reach you after [2] attempts, the order may be cancelled, and perishable items cannot be refunded.
Delays: Weather, traffic, festivals, or courier issues may occasionally delay deliveries. We will keep you informed and do our best to deliver on time.
