At Freshii Microgreens, we grow and pack fresh, living products with care. Because most of our products are perishable, our return policy is different from regular stores. Please read it before ordering.
Perishable products (live microgreens trays, cut shoots, microgreens salads)
- These cannot be returned once delivered, as they are fresh and living products.
- If your order arrives damaged, wilted, spoiled, or incorrect, we will happily replace it or refund you.
- To claim, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp [phone number] or email [email address] with your order number and a clear photo or short video of the product and the packaging.
Non-perishable products (DIY Kits, microgreens seeds)
- Unopened and unused items can be returned within [7] days of delivery.
- Items that are opened, used, sown, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
- If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the customer. If the error is ours, we cover it.
Order cancellation
- You can cancel an order before it is dispatched or harvested by contacting us as soon as possible.
- Custom orders and orders already harvested or packed for you cannot be cancelled.
- If we cancel an order (for example, due to stock or delivery issues), you will receive a full refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–7] working days. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
- For Cash on Delivery orders (if offered), refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI. We will ask for your details.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
What is not covered
- Natural variation in colour, size, or taste between batches.
- Poor results caused by incorrect storage or growing conditions after delivery.
- Delays caused by you being unavailable at the address.
