1. About us: This website is operated by Natures Touch Foods, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India. FSSAI License No: 22426462000229.
2. Eligibility: You must be 18 or older, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Products and descriptions: We offer live microgreens, shoots, DIY Kits, seeds, and microgreens salads. We try to show our products accurately, but colours, sizes, and appearance may vary slightly as these are natural products. Availability can change by season and batch.
4. Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or correct errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.
5. Orders: An order is confirmed only after payment (or COD confirmation) and our acknowledgement. We may refuse or cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations, with a full refund of any amount paid.
6. Payments: We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Please see the Payment & Secure Payments section at the end of these terms for details.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds: These are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Food safety and health information: Microgreens are fresh produce. Please wash before use and store as directed on the pack. Information on our website, social media, and labels is for general awareness only and is not medical advice. If you have allergies, a medical condition, or are pregnant, please consult a doctor before changing your diet. Please check the product details for any allergen information, such as seeds or sesame in some of our salads.
9. DIY Kits and growing results: Growing results depend on light, temperature, water, and care. We provide guidance, but we cannot guarantee identical results in every home.
10. User accounts: You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information.
11. Intellectual property: All content on this website, including logos, text, images, videos, and designs, belongs to Freshii Microgreens or its licensors. You may not copy or use it commercially without our written permission.
12. Prohibited use: You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or reviews, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
13. Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
14. Third-party links: Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
15. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
16. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
17. Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
Payment & Secure Payments:
Payment methods: We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment partner, Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Security: All online payments are processed on encrypted, secure pages by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking password. Our website is protected with SSL.
Failed or duplicate payments: If money is deducted but your order is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed automatically within 5–7 working days. If it is not, please contact us at freshiimicrogreens@gmail.com or WhatsApp 7339530133 with your payment reference or screenshot, and we will help.
Currency and taxes: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
